Alanna Eubanks, RD, LD/N is a seasoned Dietitian who has over 25 years of experience. She educates patients on good nutrition before, during and after treatment. Alanna helps people discover a happy weight and healthy lifestyle so that they feel energized and confident in every season of their life. Alanna is also a Certified Yoga Instructor and studying to become a Nature Connected Coach. She believes in active listening, finding the deeper need, providing ideas on spending more time in nature to increase happiness, clarity, and focus. Alanna’s goal is to help her clients increase self-awareness through mindfulness, yoga, and making better food choices. I am excited to help you on this life changing journey.
