Nichole Heppner is a Registered Dietitian who by day for the past eleven years consults for long term care,
skilled rehabilitation and assisted living facilities. She specializes in gerontological nutrition, weight
management, diabetes education, general wellness and sports nutrition. Her focus is on counseling
individuals on sustainable weight management and disease prevention. Her mission is to empower
individuals to obtain healthy relationships with food and understand the concept that food is medicine and
fuel.
As an expert in nutrition, she customizes meal plans to help empower her patients to make positive food
choices. Nichole helps her patients set realistic expectations and provides them with the tools to achieve
sustainable goals for a lifetime of health and overall happiness.
Nichole is a Nebraska native, she graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln with a Bachelors in
Nutritional Science and Dietetics. She completed her graduate dietetic internship program through Iowa
State. She finished her masters in Sports Nutrition through Texas Tech University.
When not working she enjoys training for bodybuilding competitions and chasing after her toddler. She also
enjoys trying out new recipes and finding creative ways for sneaking vegetables into her toddlers diet.
