Jennifer Rodríguez-Bosque graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a bachelor’s in nutrition and Dietetics. She completed her Dietetic Internship at the San Juan VA Medical Center and did a master’s in Nutrition and Wellness in Illinois. She also has a doctorate in Health Sciences from Nova Southeastern University in Florida. Jennifer is licensed to practice in Puerto Rico, Florida, and North Carolina. She has 15 years of experience in weight management and the prevention and management of different chronic conditions, such as diabetes and hypertension. Jennifer is also well-versed in the use of injectable weight-loss medications. She’s also fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Andrea is a Registered Dietitian and a specialist in pediatric and family nutrition. She has over 20 years of experience working with adults, young people, kids and families with eating, feeding and weight issues, as well as health issues such as eating disorders, food allergies and intolerances, IBS and functional stomach issues, PCOS, prediabetes, high cholesterol, amongst many others.

Andrea has a passion for helping people get to the root cause of their issues, and to help set personalized, achievable goals with the use of motivational interviewing skills and mindful eating techniques. She has also had training in integrative and functional nutrition, which allows her to take a holistic approach when working with her clients.

Most recently, Andrea has begun working with women who have been struggling with their personal wellness journeys. Most of these women are moms such as herself, who lead very busy, hectic lives and want to take better care of themselves and be good role models for their families.

Alanna Eubanks, RD, LD/N is a seasoned Dietitian who has over 25 years of experience. She educates patients on good nutrition before, during and after treatment. Alanna helps people discover a happy weight and healthy lifestyle so that they feel energized and confident in every season of their life. Alanna is also a Certified Yoga Instructor and studying to become a Nature Connected Coach. She believes in active listening, finding the deeper need, providing ideas on spending more time in nature to increase happiness, clarity, and focus. I have been a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist for over 20 years and have worked in the Southeastern US throughout my career. My first career was working in the pharmaceutical industry for over 11 years. But as my passion for nutrition grew, I completed my Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of North Florida. Following, I graduated from the Dietetic Internship at Mayo Clinic School of Health Science to become licensed as a Registered Dietitian.

I have worked with an array of disease states with clients including kidney, liver, bariatric, weight management, enteral nutrition (EN), transplant, gastrointestinal and geriatric. I have used these skills as a dietitian working inpatient hospital, community, long-term care and at skilled nursing facilities.

I have also personally lived with diabetes for over 27 years. I have worked with different insulin pumps and CGM’s and helped other diabetic patients in their journey of managing their disease. I am currently working towards a specialty field involving diabetes education.

A perfect day for me is knowing I helped a client obtain a reachable and sustainable goal. I strive for that goal with each encounter.

Nichole Heppner is a Registered Dietitian who by day for the past eleven years consults for long term care,
skilled rehabilitation and assisted living facilities. She specializes in gerontological nutrition, weight
management, diabetes education, general wellness and sports nutrition. Her focus is on counseling
individuals on sustainable weight management and disease prevention. Her mission is to empower
