Grocery Lists That Make the Week Easier
One shop, five dinners, no Tuesday-night panic. How your dietitian turns a meal plan into a list you can get through in twenty minutes.

The best meal plan in the world does not survive an empty fridge. A grocery list is where the plan meets the week, and a good one is short, sorted by aisle and built around what you will actually cook.
Anchor the week
Pick two proteins, three vegetables and one grain. That is most of five dinners with a few swaps in sauce and spice. Your dietitian builds the list from your plan so you are not translating it in the store.
- Frozen vegetables count and do not go bad
- Buy the version that is already cut if it means you will use it
- Keep two emergency dinners in the freezer
Prep a little, not everything
Sunday prep works when it is an hour, not an afternoon. Cook the grain, roast a tray of vegetables, portion the protein. Leave the rest for the night it is eaten, so the food still tastes like food.
